Booking
How do I book a test?
Add tests or packages to your selection on this website and confirm your booking, fill in the home sampling form, call or WhatsApp +92 336 4820296, or simply walk into any Test Zone branch.
I have a prescription but don’t know the test names. What should I do?
Use our Upload Prescription page. Send a photo of the prescription and our team will reply with the tests and the total price.
Can I book tests for my family in one booking?
Yes. When you confirm your booking, choose “Family / more than one” and add each family member with the tests they need.
How can I check the status of my booking?
Open Track My Booking and enter your booking reference (for example TZ-0012) with the phone number you booked with.

Is home sample collection free?
Yes, home sample collection is free. Book online or call the home sampling line on 0322 4484391.
What are your timings?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before your test
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, such as fasting blood sugar and lipid profile, usually need 10 to 12 hours of fasting. Plain water is fine. Our team will confirm the preparation for your tests when you book.
What sample will be taken?
The sample type for every test (for example blood, serum or urine) is confirmed when you book.
Payment and reports
How can I pay?
Pay in cash when our team collects your sample or at the branch. When booking online you can also pay with JazzCash or Raast QR and enter your Transaction ID.
When will I get my report?
Most routine tests are reported the same day. Specialised tests can take longer. Our team will confirm the reporting time for your tests when you book.
How will I receive my report?
Reports are shared digitally and on WhatsApp.

Yes. Test Zone is accredited to ISO 15189:2022 by PNAC and is registered with the Punjab Healthcare Commission (Reg. R-16565).
